I’m Evelina, the founder and CEO of Fara Solutions Ltd. My journey into consulting is rooted in years of experience across industries like heavy machinery, electrical automation, food and beverage, IT, and banking. Through these diverse roles, I realized I had a talent for identifying business problems and finding practical solutions – whether that’s improving processes, leveraging data, or boosting profits.
With a background as an engineer in Electronics and Automation, and an A+ degree in Financial Management, I combine technical and financial expertise. Along the way, I’ve also earned certifications in ERP, AI, and Business Analytics, allowing me to stay at the forefront of business innovation.
For me, the most fulfilling part of running Fara Solutions is seeing the real impact we make on our clients’ businesses. It’s about creating lasting improvements, not just quick fixes. Our approach is simple: we blend experience with a modern, forward-thinking mindset to deliver quality solutions that drive real results.
Work Process
The first phase where the consultancy engages with the client to understand their needs and establish a relationship.
